STEP 1 - The application
Click on the link below to download a PDF file of the application for 2008. You may then print and complete the form for submission.
** NOTE** You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the form. If you do not have it, or need to download the latest update, you may use the link below. If you have difficulty please send a message to director@sitorlando.org and request that the form either be e-mailed directly to you or a hard copy be sent by regular mail.
STEP 2 - Payment
You may mail certified funds or money order To: S.I.T.2008 TOURNAMENT P.O Box 561524 Orlando, FL 32865-1524 or now can be payed through PayPal (click below).
STEP 3 - Mail necessary documentation
Send the application entry form, all required average verifications, and the certified funds or money.
